These terms govern your use of this website and set out the general basis on which Inticka Investment Limited provides services.

1. About us
This website is operated by Inticka Investment Limited, a software company based in Kenya.
2. Using this website
You may view, download and print pages from this site for your own use or for the purpose of evaluating our services. You agree not to:
- use the site in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its underlying systems;
- introduce malicious code, or attempt to disrupt or overload the site; or
- use automated means to harvest content or contact details from the site.
3. Enquiries are not offers
Information on this site describes the services we provide. It is not a contractual offer, a quotation, or a commitment to undertake any particular piece of work. Submitting the contact form does not create a contract between us.
4. Engagements
Where we agree to carry out work, that engagement is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, intellectual property and support. Where anything in that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement takes precedence.
Unless the written agreement says otherwise, on full payment of the agreed fees the client owns the bespoke source code produced for them. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their own licences, and any pre-existing tools or libraries owned by Inticka remain ours, licensed to the client for use within the delivered system.
5. Intellectual property in this site
The content, design, code and marks on this website are owned by Inticka Investment Limited or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or republish them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
6. Availability
We aim to keep this site available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of the site without notice.
7. Accuracy
We take care to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we make no warranty that it is complete or free of error. Nothing here should be relied on as professional advice for your particular circumstances.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Kenyan law, we exclude liability for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of business or loss of data arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
